Crystal McPherson
Crystal McPherson is the owner and instructor for Hands First Baby Sign. Signing comes naturally to her. She grew up in a sign language environment her father being deaf and her mother speaking and hearing.
Crystal has attained numerous American Sign Language certificates and has dabbled in BSL, signing naturally and English word. All throughout her life Crystal has incorporated her signing skills, she as taught pre-school children how to sing and sign songs for presentations for their parents, worked as an interpreter, implemented signing seminars, held workshops and have taught her two children how to communicate using American Sign Language.
"Sign Language is one of the most beautiful, and artful languages out there. I feel blessed to have a deaf parent who has with pride, passed his culture and language onto me, which I continue to pass on to my children and the parents/caregivers who come to my classes and workshops. Everything happens for a reason and Hands First Baby Sign is ours."
